Gets the time-series of Cumulative idle non-operating hours. Time-series is for a single construction machine over the specified time. Cumulative idle non-operating hours are the total hours when the engine is running, but the machine is not moving and the machine controls are not operated (e.g. lever or pedal not operated). The range of a time series is specified by its start date and time and end date and time. Time range can not be longer than 14 days.
