Update most recent service registration (explicit values)

Update the most recent service registration for a planned service on an asset using explicit performedAt, operatingHours, and distance values. Provided operatingHours and distance are used as given; omitted ones are looked up from insights at performedAt, or stored as 0 if insights have no value at that time.
