Peak daily speed

Gets the time-series of daily peak speed. Time-series is for a single construction machine over the specified time. Peak daily speed is the highest achieved travel speed for this machine during the previous 24 h period. Time-series is for a single construction machine over the specified time. The range of a time series is specified by its start date and time and end date and time. Time range can not be longer than 14 days.
