Cumulative idle hours

Gets the time-series of cumulative idle hours. Time-series is for a single construction machine over the specified time. Cumulative idle hours are the total hours when the engine is running. The range of a time series is specified by its start date and time and end date and time. Time range can not be longer than 14 days.
