trackunit/iris-app-sdk-vite v1.7.0 - reproduce production-only React issues with --productionReact

serve now has a --productionReact option so you can reproduce issues that only show up in a published app, without leaving your local dev loop.

A published IrisX App runs React's production runtime, while serve always used React's development runtime (development warnings, coded vs. verbose errors, React Fast Refresh). If something works locally but breaks once the app is submitted, serve with React's production runtime instead:

npx nx run [name-of-your-app]:serve --productionReact

With --productionReact:

  • React runs without development warnings, and React errors show up as coded messages (see react.dev/errors).
  • React Fast Refresh is turned off, so a code change reloads the page instead of hot-swapping the component.
  • Everything else works as usual, including "Use Local Apps" in Manager and the dev server routes.

The option only affects serve — build already produces React's production runtime, so it's unaffected. Leave --productionReact off for day-to-day development; turn it on when you need to rule out a dev-only React behavior.

See Run your IrisX App for the full walkthrough.
